Translator and tourist guide

Welcome to my corner of the web!

I’m Michael Hardenfelt, a long-time resident of Poland for the past three decades. With a deep understanding of the language, culture, and nuances of this country, I’m here to help with all your Poland-related needs. Whether you require translation services, local assistance, or a knowledgeable guide to explore Poland, I’ll be happy to assist you.

English speaking Dane living in Poland

Originally from Denmark, I’ve made it my mission to share my insights and experiences about Poland, primarily through my Danish writings. Here, I aim to provide comprehensive guides, especially focusing on Warsaw and the picturesque Gdansk area.

Your tourist guide in Warsaw … and other places

As a self-employed professional, I primarily focus on translating from Polish and English into Danish. Additionally, I enjoy working as a tourist guide, specializing in Warsaw but equally skilled at showcasing other Polish cities.

Still teaching now and then

In the past, I dedicated my time to teaching Danish children and Polish adults, including those at the American School in Warsaw (ASW). While my teaching role has evolved, I occasionally conduct specialized Danish courses, particularly tailored for medical professionals seeking proficiency in medical terminology.

Polish colture and modern society

Below, you’ll find a  selection of links directing you to various sections of my website. Dive in, explore, and let me be your gateway to explaining the richness of Poland’s culture, heritage and modern times politics and society.

Links comming soon. I am working on it. In the mean time you may visit my Danish og Polish language web page.
